     This topic is important because it began jazz and Ragtime. Actually, it ended Ragtime by creating Jazz. So, Jazz was getting created while Ragtime was ending and everything like that. Also, a lot of people are into rock because they liked Ragtime which eventually became Jazz which then became rock which everybody is crazy about today.

How did this Topic Change America or how did it Reflect a Changing America?

     This topic changed America because it changed the style and it changed which albums would be sold and which type of music would be most popular. Also, it changed what type of instruments were sold and popular. Also, since a lot of people are very interested in rock, they should really realize that it originated from Jazz and Ragtime.
